SEWING CLASSES

With five sewing courses per week, Frau Tulpe’s Sewing School is a big hit with sewing fans. Booking appointments is so flexible that even the busiest hobby-sewers are able to attend. Everyone can decide for themselves what they would like to sew, tailored to their individual abilities:

From cushion covers, bags, arm- and legwarmers or aprons, to basic skirts and coats. You can feel free to bring your own paper patterns with you. Sewing is so much fun! And what’s better when someone asks, “Is that new?“ than answering with, „I made it myself!” Set your creativity free!

We offer a wide range of sewing courses for everyone, from total beginners to more advanced beginners and skilled sewers. You can see the exact details here.
With no more than five in a class, the groups are very small; and sewers of different abilities are mixed in the groups. There is always a course supervisor there to offer help, tips and guidance, as well as advice on your future sewing projects.

You can register for the courses each evening and if you want to book a regular slot, you can book a number of appointments at one time. All we ask of you is that you give us two days notice of a cancellation if you realise you can’t attend as arranged. Most courses have waiting lists, so this helps us to give another sewing fan a chance.

A three-hour evening or morning course costs € 18. If you want to pay for ten appointments at one time, then we offer a special rate of € 150. All prices include tea and biscuits!

Mondays 10:30 - 13:30 and 18:00 – 21:00

Tuesdays 10:30 - 13.30 and 18:00 -21:00

Wednesdays 10:30 - 13:30 and 18:00 – 21:00

Thursdays 10:30 - 13:30 and 18:00 – 21:00

Saturday 13:00 - 16:00
